One day, Ammon Chung, the older of the two brothers, came up with the revolutionary idea of starting a late night sushi delivery service in Provo in hopes to help people in a similar situation. Once he presented the idea to his lil bro, Jacob Chung, they knew from that moment that starting the business wasn’t a matter of if”, but when”. What started out as a small business renting out a local Mexican restaurant’s kitchen at night while they were closed, has evolved drastically to one of the fastest growing restaurants in Utah Valley. Now, they are also in SLC to spread the love! Love the murals on the walls and local art. Sushi is very moderately priced, and they always have a good deal going. Good taste and quality. Fun atmosphere really nice and friendly staff. I especially love the vegetarian selection, as most places have very simple avocado rolls or maybe a mushroom or cucumber roll. Here they have roles that are just as good or better then other actual fish filled rolls. And they have lots of tempura options in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian ? I wish I could have took a picture of the sushi to show how beautiful it was. I am so happy my husband and I found this place. We will definitely be coming more often and I will be recommending to anyone who is up for some good sushi at a great price. To top it off, the service was awesome!
